Oh, wow… I thought that the original Video Power, the version with game tips and a cartoon called the Power Team (made up of Kuros of Wizards & Warriors, monster truck Bigfoot, Kwirk, Jerome from Arch Rivals, and Max Force from NARC) had been all but forgotten. Usually, every video, intro, or article about Video Power references the later game show version.
But not today! Thanks to GoNintendo, PMO proudly brings to you a glimpse of the original version of Video Power, as Johnny Arcade reviews none other than Nintendo’s Punch-Out!!:
I honestly wish they would make a DVD set or two of both versions of Video Power, for posterity and nostalgia’s sake.
