It’s time for another round of “What I’ve Been Doing Instead of Writing Here!” Hopefully I can do more later today, but for now:

From Slide to Play:

Wheel of Fortune – A solid representation of the game show which is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

Ghostbusters – The last time I reviewed a Ghostbusters game, it wasn’t so hot. But apparently some leg of Capcom’s mobile division got their hands on the license, and they’ve really done it justice, though some freemium aspects get in the way of the fun.

From Gamezebo:

Catch the Ark – A pretty good game, but at the same time, kind of grim if you think about it.

Amazing Ants – Not quite amazing, but still an entertaining Lemmings-esque title.

Cracking Sands – Polarbit is known for doing fun kart-racing games. This is not one of them.

From Mario’s Hat:

Paper Mario: Sticker Star – Basically the Super Mario Land of the Paper Mario series. Do keep in mind, though, that I am rather fond of Super Mario Land, but at the same time, it’s not a Super Mario Bros. 3

Thoughts and Impressions of the Wii U Hardware – Less a review, so to speak, and just my thoughts and impressions… which is basically what a review is, I guess. What I mean, though, is that I don’t quite feel like I can review a console the same as I would a game, so I’m just lending a bit of observation on the platform before rolling out reviews of the games (New Super Mario Bros. U is halfway through, but I’ve been sidetracked by other assignments from 1UP and the above).

Of course, this is also coming from a Canadian perspective, so there are some things of note regarding that in there. If seeing how the other side lives (or your own side, if you live in the Great White North) with the machine, then read on!

That’s it for now, and I’m always working on more. As usual, you can keep up with my Slide to Play reviews here, my Gamezebo reviews here, and my Mario’s Hat reviews here.
